2024 Pro Shop Attendant
ENOSBURG FALLS COUNTRY CLUB is looking for a Pro Shop Attendant.
Position Overview:
The position is responsible for greeting customers as they sign in to play golf. The Pro Shop Staff will assist in the opening & closing duties of the Pro Shop, provide outstanding customer service to all players, and manage a clean, accurate tee sheet and customer profile. The position collects green fees and seasonal dues and is responsible for the Pro Shop’s cleanliness, stocking, and security.
Will follow the instructions, coordinate and report directly to the EFCC
Proshop Board chairperson.
The position will assist with the daily golf operations including managing and tracking play, protecting and controlling assets, and assisting with all merchandise functions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.* (*unless still a student)
Customer service and telephone experience.
Cleanliness and good grooming habits.
Knowledge of golf etiquette.
Cash register experience is beneficial.
Excellent communication skills, positive attitude, professional demeanor,
Ability to make every customer feel more welcome at our course than anywhere else.
