Women’s Wednesday League
Starts Wednesday May 20th for the 2026 season
Welcome to the 2026 Women’s Wednesday League!
We’re excited to share another fun season of golf, camaraderie, and Wednesday‑night tradition with you.
Women’s Wednesday Golf League
When: Every Wednesday, May 20th – September 2nd
Time: Play starts at 5:00 PM sharp (arrive early to be at your tee box by 5:00)
Join us for a fun and competitive summer golf league open to all women golfers!
Entry Fee: $5.00 league fee per player, due weekly at check-in.
Please sign up online by Tuesday at noon.
If you miss this cut-off, you can call the clubhouse Wednesday morning before 11 am, 802-933-2296, but you may have to be added to the scorecard manually. Pairings will be posted on this page by 1:00 pm Wednesday.
Note: Non-members must pay green fees ($10.00 walking or $25.00 with a cart) at the pro shop. (The $5.00 league fee is additional for league prizes).
Format: Typically, groups of 3, randomly selected. We try not to do groups of 4 so we are able to get done by 7:00 pm.
New players are welcome to pair with a friend to get comfortable before joining the random draw format, but must call Susan to request this before Tuesday at noon.
Encouraging All Skill Levels: Whether you are new to golf or a seasoned player, this league is designed to be enjoyable and competitive for everyone!
Important League Guidelines:
Start time: 5:00 pm sharp, please arrive early so you have time to get ready before we start. If you are running late, you can join your group on the course.
Pace of Play: Please keep up with the team in front of you to keep a steady pace. If you fall behind, make sure to play ready-golf to catch up to the team ahead of you.
Pick up the ball at triple bogey to keep things moving. Stableford Scoring is as follows: Birdie=4, Par=3, bogey=2, double bogey=1, triple bogey ½ point. If your ball is not in the hole by triple bogey, you mark zero, pick up your ball and move on to the next hole.
Scoring Rules: We count all strokes and penalties, just like tournament play. This includes any missed attempts at hitting the ball. Accidently hitting the ball in teeing area and on the green do not count as a stroke if you were not attempting to make the swing, but this does not extend to the fairway. If you accidently move or hit your ball in the fairway, that does count as a stroke.

Sign-up guidelines will be the same as last year’s process. You must sign up for the league in advance using the signup link provided here. You must sign up before Noon (12 o’clock) on Tuesday before Wednesday, or you will not be included in that week’s pairings. Click Here To Sign Up (Call-ins after noon Tuesday will not be listed on the website after this time, but can play that week if the league has not started.)
Format: Wednesday’s Women’s League will follow a Stableford/Point System format.
Players will compete individually and as a Threesome per hole (foursome tba) for Most Points Individually, Most Points as a Team, Closest to the Pin, and Skins. Points are awarded as follows:
- 6 Points – Eagle or Better
- 4 Points – Birdie
- 3 Points – Par
- 2 Points – Bogey
- 1 Point – Double Bogey
- 0.5 Point – Triple Bogey

Weekly sign-up to play golf.

May 20: Spring Fling 3-Person Scramble
May 27: Stableford Scoring Night (points)
June 3: Stableford Scoring night Free Throw: Don’t like your lie? You get one chance to pick up your ball and throw it to a better spot—no penalty, no stroke added.
June 10: Invite a friend night/3-4-person scramble (friend can play with you-please sign up together)
June 17: Stableford (mulligan night-one per person)
June 24: Stableford Scoring Night – ( 👑 Queen of the Green-putting contest) Keep track of how many putts you get as you play and whoever has the lowest amount wins a prize.
July 1: Red, white & blue scramble
July 8: Stableford Scoring Night (putting contest)
July 15: Ladies’ Long Drive night (longest drive contest)
July 22: Stableford Scoring night
July 29: Stableford Scoring night -Mulligan Night-everyone gets one mulligan
August 5: Best Ball Challenge (Teams of 3)- Teams of three keep their individual scores, but only the best score for each hole counts.
August 12:

Scoring: Lowest net score of the night wins (ties will split the pot)
NEW THIS SEASON! featuring a Birdie Tree! Any time you make a birdie during league play as an individual (not as part of a team score), your name will be added to the Birdie Tree in the locker room, where it will stay throughout the current season.
